  • Sickness absence management

  • Occupational Injury assessments

  • Medical Case Management

  • Pregnancy Risk Assessments including COVID-19 risk assessments

  • Returning to work- COVID-19 risk assessments for vulnerable workers

  • Pre-Employment Medicals

  • Health Surveillance Medicals

  • Night Medicals

  • Driver Licence Medicals including HGVs

  • Workstation/ worksite surveys and risk assessments

  • Environmental Risk Assessments i.e. hazard assessments and advice on implementing controls

  • Assistance with safety statement and policy review in the context of the Safety, Health and Welfare Act 2005.

  • Emergency response worker medicals including first responder/ first aiders, firefighter and blue light driver medicals

  • Travel health vaccinations

  • Healthcare worker medicals and vaccinations

  • Drug and alcohol testing including chain of custody

  • Timely referral to external services such as Physiotherapy/ counselling/ Consultant Medical/ Surgical opinions.

  • Employee information is kept strictly confidential and is used for pre-employment medicals, occupational health assessments, health surveillance and insurance medicals.
  • Reports are released to the requestor only, who is associated with the employer. Information is only released to the requestor or any third party with the written consent of the employee.
  • Any employee or their treating doctor can have access to their records as held by Working Health, in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and our company policy.
