• We collect employee details and medical information for Occupational Health assessment purposes, with prior written consent of the employee or client.
• This information is treated with the utmost care and confidentiality, in compliance with GDPR guidance.
• Our data is stored on a secure database in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018
• Employee information is kept strictly confidential and is used for pre-employment medicals, occupational health assessments, health surveillance and insurance medicals.
• Reports are released to the requestor only, who is associated with the employer. Information is only released to the requestor or any third party with the written consent of the employee.
• Any employee or their treating doctor can have access to their records as held by Working Health, in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and our company policy.
